Eligibility

Competitions and tournaments organized by 'Us' on the Website may come in different forms, such as Cash Tournaments, Promotional Tournaments, and Practice Tournaments.

• To utilize the Services, users are required to create a user account ('Account') and provide all necessary information truthfully and accurately.
• To take part in Practice Games, individuals must be at least 18 years old.
• To participate in Real Rummy, the following criteria must be met at all times:

1. Individuals must be at least 18 years old and not have any disability or impairment that would hinder them from fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the Agreement or participating in the Games offered as part of the Services.
2. You must be residents of India.
3. Individuals must access the Services while located within the Eligible Territory.
4. Individuals must possess a valid PAN number, which will be linked to their Account and provided to us upon request.
5. Individuals must ensure that it is legally permissible for them to participate in Real Rummy in the specific jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Services.

The 'Eligible Territory' encompasses the entire territory of India, except Assam, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Orissa.

Third Parties

Real Rummy does not supply any paid subscription items or services. These are provided by third parties whose websites will be governed by their terms and conditions.

Contributions

If you submit any contribution to this site or Real Rummy (including, without limitation, any text, graphics, photos, video or audio), you are required by such submission to grant Real Rummy a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license, sublicensable and transferable to use, reproduce, modify, translate, create derivative works, publish, distribute, broadcast, transmit, communicate to the public, interpret, represent and exercise all copyrights, database rights, rights of publicity and any other intellectual property rights in respect of such work throughout the world and/or to incorporate it into other works in any media now known or hereafter invented, for the full term of any right that may exist in such content, consisting with the privacy restrictions outlined in the Real Rummy Privacy Policy.

Email Service

Minor or Under 18

If you are a minor under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before:

Real Rummy may, in compliance with the legislation of certain Indian states, prohibit residents of such jurisdictions from participating in the Contest (s). Individuals residing in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana may not participate in the paid edition of the Contest at this time because their laws prohibit them from engaging in games of skill where competitors must pay to enter.

By continuing to use this website and any of the services offered, you are affirming that you have received consent from your parent or guardian.

Abandoned, Postponed & Cancelled Fixtures

Where any of the fixtures within a contest are cancelled, postponed or abandoned without an official result all contest entries are considered void and the entry amounts are returned to the members. There are no prize/winning payouts for these voided contests.

Refunds

If you accidentally or mistakenly receive Cash Credit or experience a similar event, you can apply for a refund of that Cash Credit transaction ('Refund') within two weeks from the initiation of the transaction. Upon diligent assessment, the Company will determine the authenticity of the Refund request and verify the availability of the required Cash Balance in your account. Once these conditions are met, the Company will process the Refund request within two weeks. It is important to note that the Refund will only be issued to the instrument used for the corresponding Cash Credit transaction, and requests for an alternative mode of Refund will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Bonus Amounts

Sign-Up Bonus: Upon successful registration, you will receive a sign-up bonus of ₹25 credited to your account. This bonus is intended to enhance your experience on our platform and can be used for playing games.

The Company reserves the right to deposit bonus amounts ('Bonus Amounts') into your Account periodically as part of promotional offers or other schemes. Despite any other terms in the Agreement, the handling of Bonus Amount Issued, Cash Withdrawals, or Refunds concerning such Bonus Amounts will be entirely up to the Company's discretion. The User does not have an inherent right to a Cash Withdrawal or Refund for such Bonus Amounts.

The Bonus is a cashback credit created for users when they lose a contest. After a user plays a contest and does not win it, he or she will get a Bonus equivalent to 5% of his or her joining amount. Then, even with a loss, users can take advantage of part of an investment, making the blow from a loss not so stiff, getting users back to the game's action.

Instant Bonus

The Instant Bonus is a promotional feature users can receive to utilise 100% of the Instant Bonus while participating in a contest. Unlike a standard Bonus, an instant Bonus cannot be used as cashback after a loss; it is given upfront. This will make a user join a contest and apply the full amount of the Instant Bonus toward his or her entry fee, thereby increasing the possibility of winning by avoiding any upfront financial cost.

Admin Commission

If a participant wins a contest, a 15% administrative commission will be deducted from their total winnings. This is to sustain and manage the contest platform.

Example Calculation:

Total Winnings : ₹4000
Admin Commission (15%) : ₹4000 x 0.15 = ₹600
Amount After Deduction : ₹4000 - ₹600 = ₹3400

Note that in this example, the final amount you would get after deducting the admin commission is ₹3400.

VIP Loyalty Club

• The club has six tiers: Beginner (1 point), Bronze (2 points), Silver (65 points), Gold (450 points), Diamond (3000 points), and Super (12,000 points), each offering different rewards.
• Players earn 1 Loyalty Point for every INR 100 spent on gameplay and can track their points based on their average play over the past 30 days. Membership begins upon earning the first Loyalty Point. Club status is updated daily at midnight, and players must maintain the minimum points for their current tier to avoid downgrading.
• Loyalty Points can be redeemed for instant cash according to the member's tier, with higher tiers providing better rates. Points expire after 60 days of inactivity, so regular play is encouraged. Players can join by earning their first point after a minimum spend of INR 100.
• Real Rummy may amend these terms at any time with changes communicated to members. Continued participation indicates acceptance of revised terms.

Non-Confidential Information

Real Rummy does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through this site. Please note that any information or materials sent to Real Rummy through the site will be considered NOT confidential. By submitting any information or materials to Real Rummy, you grant Real Rummy the irrevocable and unrestricted license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that Real Rummy is free to use any ideas, concepts, knowledge or technique that you send us for any purpose.

Indemnification

As a condition precedent to your use of this site, you agree to indemnify Real Rummy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any liabilities, other expenses (including legal fees and expenses), and damages that may arise from the submission of claims for your use of this site.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and/or specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site with specific material, then the latter will prevail.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising hereafter shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, India.
