Welcome to our Indian Rummy platform. By accessing, installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the following T&C carefully and make sure you fully understand them before continuing through this platform.Eligibility Requirements
- The Rummy platform is for players 18 years or older.
- By registering, you are confirming that you are legally able to play skill-based card games in your jurisdiction.
- Each user can only have one account. Duplicate or fake accounts can result in a suspension of the account.
Nature of the Game
- Real Rummy will be provided with free chips only.
- No real money transactions will be permitted in gameplay, and all chips provided to users will be for purely 'virtual' use.
- Chips cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- This platform is to be used only for entertainment or the development of your skills.
User Accounts and Access
Players must provide meaningful, accurate or actual details when registering.The platform may require account verification (for example, verification that you are the right age) in order to ensure fair play.
An account suspended for fraud or violations of policy will remain suspended until the end of the investigation.
Free Chips & Rewards
All users will receive free chips upon registration to the account and through daily refills, winnings, or conduct.There are system-defined limits related to free chips, and receipt of chips is not buyable, tradable, or sellable.
The provider has the right to change, cap or revoke the distribution of free chips as they see fit.
If a user runs out of chips, they must wait for daily replenishments or earn chips by playing for them.
Fair Play & Conduct
All users must follow the rules of Rummy as described in the game.The use of drafting, cheating, colluding, the use of third-party software, manipulating outcomes, and interrupting the game is never permitted.
Abusive, offensive, and inappropriate behaviour in chats and/or while in the game will be suspended.
This platform has the right to monitor your play to ensure your conduct adheres to all behaviour standards.
Privacy & Use of Information
Basic information about users (e.g., names, ages, and email/mobile) may be collected for the delivery of services.There are no plans to disclose data to third parties except for legal or operational needs.
By using the application, you agree to receive in-app notifications and updates about new features and activities.
Restrictions
No scripts, bots or other unauthorised tools are allowed in playing.Selling, transferring, or attempting to misuse accounts/chips is prohibited.
The game shall not be used for staking purposes of any kind.
Liability Disclaimer
The platform is not liable for:Any broken hardware, software bugs, interruptions, or downtime.
Chips are lost by disconnection, network failure, or hardware issues.
Any consequences that arise from your misuse of the game.
All chips and the game progress are virtual; the platform has no liabilities for any chip balances.
Changes & Updates
The platform retains the right to:Change the features of the game or update the game features.
Change the distribution of chips.
Change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
If you continue to use the platform after any updates, you accept those changes.
Dispute Resolution
The decision of the platform is final on all disputes.Contact the support team to clarify a problem or record a complaint.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India.All disputes will be governed by the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
