How to Play Real Rummy Game Online
Objective
Rummy aims to arrange your 13 cards into valid sequences and sets. To win, you must create at least one pure sequence out of a minimum of two sequences. The rest of your cards can be organised into either sequences or sets. Remember, a valid declaration cannot be made without a pure sequence.
Key Terms
Table : The virtual or physical setup where Rummy is played. Each table accommodates 2 to 6 players.
Deck : A standard deck has 52 cards and one printed Joker. Each deck includes four suits (Clubs, Hearts, Spades, Diamonds) with cards from Ace to King.
Joker Cards and Wild Cards : Jokers and wild cards are substitutes for any card needed to form sets or sequences. They hold zero points at the end of the game.
Sorting : Organising your dealt cards at the start to form potential sets and sequences.
Draw and Discard : Picking a card from the closed or open deck and discarding one to maintain 13 cards in hand.
Rummy Points : Face cards (Ace, King, Queen, Jack) are worth 10 points each. Number cards hold points equal to their face value.

Sets
A set is a group of three or four cards of the same rank but different suits. Jokers and wild cards can be used.
